Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine chicken, carrots, celery, and thyme. Pour in stock and season with Italian seasoning, chilli fakes, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Step 3
Transfer chicken to a plate and shred with two forks. Return to slow cooker and add tortellini. Cook until tortellini is tender, 15 minutes more
