Step 1
1. Mix all the cookie dough ingredients together.

ground flaxseeds1 Tbsp
coconut oil4 Tbsp
maple syrup2 Tbsp

2. Press the dough into the container and put in the freezer for 1-2 hours

3. Blend all the caramel ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

4. Lay date caramel on top of the hardened cookie dough layer and top it up with toppings of choice (nuts, seeds…)
