Step 1
Mix together peanut butter, maple syrup and pretzels in a medium sized bowl.
Step 2
Scoop into tablespoon sized balls and place on a lined cookie sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Remove balls from freezer and roll them in your hands until circular. Put back in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Melt almond back in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave again in 15 second intervals until fully melted.
Step 5
Dip the frozen balls in the chocolate using a fork or toothpick. Cover the ball but leave the top part uncovered. Let set at room temperature.
