Sausage meat

1apple

1onion

pre rolled puff pastry

Milk

to glaze and seal

Instructions

Step 1

Dice onion and scatter along centre of puff pastry

Step 2

Later sausage meat on top of onion. Squish down so compact along centre of puff pastry. Leave 4-5cm of puff pasty edge clear

Step 3

Slice apple and layer on top of sausage meat

Step 4

Use a pastry brush to brush milk on to the pastry edges. Fold in each end. Brush again. Then fold in the sides. Crimp the sides together where they meet. Brush whole parcel with milk.
