Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C
Step 2
Roll out first pastry sheet without removing it from parchment.
Step 3
Place your Camembert cheese in the middle and spread cranberry sauce around it. Put nuts around the cheese.
Step 4
Cover it with another pastry sheet, firmly press all over the cheese. Using pinwheel or knife make a cuts around the Camembert, making sure not to cut the cheese.
Step 5
Roll up each slice towards the cheese and twist it.
Step 6
Transfer to the baking dish and brush with egg yolk. Make a cross cut in the middle and bake at 190C for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
Step 7
When ready cut the top of Camembert cheese and dip roll in it.
