Instructions

Step 1
Add feta , olive oil , garlic , peppers to the blender then squeeze them lemon juice in .No reason to mince garlic as the blender will do it for you . Blend until everything is nice and smooth then it’s ready to serve . If you let it thicken in the fridge for a few hours, it even taste better. I like to serve mine topped w/ a drizzle of olive oil on cucumber and zucchini slices but you can also serve it on warmed Pita ❤️ catskitchen❤️🤗
