This is about a 7-7.5/10 spicy. (And I LOVE it spicy) If you would like to make this sauce less spicy I would only use 4/7 servings of the chipotle peppers.
ALSO, I made a batch of this without cilantro to see how it was. If you don’t like cilantro, you don’t HAVE to add it. Although it does add great flavor, not using it will still net you a great sauce that will be tailored to your own individual preferences.

Step 1
Add the cilantro (add only the leaves as much as possible) and the full can of chipotle peppers and sauce into food processor. Blend for about 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add the mayo, greek yogurt, roasted garlic, lime juice, swerve, smoked paprika, white pepper, and blend for another 30 seconds.
Step 3
After the first blend, mix with a spatula, and blend for another 30 seconds
