Instructions
Step 1
-Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and whisk until sugar dissolves and mixture starts to bubble.
Step 2
Set aside to cool, and whisk in vanilla.
Step 3
-Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Slowly add in brown sugar and butter mixture. Mix until combined.
Step 4
- Fold in chocolate chips. You can serve immediately, but I found it was better to let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so to let all the flavors meld.
Step 5
-Serve with graham cracker sticks or just eat it with a spoon :)
