Step 1
Fine shop garlic, onion and celery. Sauté in instant pot in a bit of oil. Add rice, broth (or bouillon + water), lemon juice, basil, butter to the instant pot. Pressure cook on high for 6 minutes then natural release. Add peas and in using cooked shrimp or chicken add now to reheat. Put cover back on and put in keep warm for a few minutes to steam the peas and heat up protein. Mix in parmesan and salt and pepper to taste. Taste & adjust. If you like it more tart you can add a bit more lemon juice.
