Instructions
Step 1
Add ghee in a pot and heat up, add the lamb and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes until the meat changes colour.
Step 2
add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes
Step 3
Pour 2 cup of water and cook on low medium heat for about 40 minutes until meat is tender (if using pressure cooker add 1/2 cup of water and give pressure for about 7 minutes)
Step 4
Chop the tomatoes in half and place face down on the meat and cook for 4-5 minutes until slightly softened.
Step 5
Use tongs and remove the tomato skins , mash with spoon .
Step 6
Add salt and sliced chillies then cook for 8-10 minutes on high heat until any excess water dries up.
Step 7
Serve immediately with a side of homemade naan bread and enjoy!
