Instructions

Step 1
Mint Simple Syrup: Combine water and sugar into a pot and top with mint sprigs. Gently muddle together. Simmer over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Cool mixture (about 30 minutes). Strain.
Step 2
Margarita: Add cubed watermelon to blender and puree until smooth.
Step 3
Add mint simple syrup, tequila, triple sec, and lime juice and blend again.
Step 4
Rim glasses with lime juice and salt (is using) and fill glasses with ice.
Step 5
Pour margarita into each glass and garnish with a wedge of watermelon and an edible flower.
