Instructions
Step 1
Cut, cube and freeze (overnight) about a quarter of a large watermelon (this should be plenty for 1 pitcher)
Step 2
Now combine all other ingredients (minus the garnishes and rimming ingredients) into a blender. Ice should go in last do it doesn’t melt
Step 3
Blend for no more than 30 seconds
Step 4
Rim a glass by gently touching it to a plate with honey/simple syrup then to a separate plate with tajin
Step 5
Pour frozen margarita into glass and garnish with lime wedge and small piece of watermelon (also a straw is recommended for easy consumption)
