Instructions

Step 1
Parboil green beans for 3-4 minutes. Until almost cooked, but still crunchy. Place in ice bath, and drain once ice is melted.
Step 2
Melt bacon fat in a skillet. Sautee the garlic until golden.
Step 3
Add green beans. Sautee until the green beans are fully cooked and the garlic is crispy. Season to taste while cooking.
