Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into pieces, season with garlic salt and pepper, cover in flour, let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Mix 4 eggs, 1 cup milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl
Step 3
Add chicken to egg mixture, let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Heat peanut oil.
Step 5
Toss chicken in flour, then fry in oil.
Step 6
To make sauce: dissolve chicken bullion cubes in water. Mix 1/4c of liquid with cornstarch until smooth. Pour back into liquid. Add sugar and oyster sauce, stir continuously until it boils.
Step 7
Pour sauce over fried chicken, garnish with cashews and chopped green onion.
Step 8
Serve with rice and soy sauce.
