Instructions
Step 1
In large measuring cup or batter bowl, mix milk, egg, water and vanilla.
Step 2
Add sugar, baking powder and salt, and whisk till combined.
Step 3
Add flour and whisk till smooth.
Step 4
In medium deep sided pan or pot, heat 1 inch oil to 375 degrees. When you put end of wooden spoon in oil it should bubble around it.
Step 5
Reduce heat to medium and drizzle from a cup in a thin line, swirling around and overlapping in pan.
Step 6
Cook two minutes, till lightly brown and flip ans cook two minutes on other side.
Step 7
Sprinkle with two tablespoons of powdered sugar and repeat with rest of batter.
