Slow cooker lemon garlic herb potatoes
Easy yummy potatoes when you don’t want to turn on the oven or as a side to a big meal when your oven is already full! Could also be a good affordable potluck option.

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in crockpot. Increase to 4 cloves garlic depending size of cloves. Slow cook on high for 3-4 hours. Mix in lemon juice and add more salt if needed.
