Step 1
Place yeast, water and sugar in the bowl of your mixer and let bubble for 5 mins.

Add the rest of ingredients and mix for 15-20 mins.

Let rise until doubled.

Preheat oven to 200C

Braid challos, allow to rise again for half an hour.
Step 6
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Step 7
Bake for 10 mins, then lower heat to 175 and bake for an additional 30-45 mins.
