Ingredients
24 servings
⅓ cupcocoa powder
27 gramschocolate flavored collagen powder
14 ouncesalmond butter
1 teaspoonbaking soda
½ teaspoonsalt
4 tablespoonscoconut flour
2 tablespoonsoat fiber
¼ cupketo maple syrup
2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
1 teaspoonmaple extract
3eggs
large
2 tablespoonscold brew coffee
1 ½ cupssugar free chocolate chips
½ cupcocoa nibs
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Line 9x13 glass baking dish with parchment paper Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl
Place almond butter in mixer bowl and stir to combine oil and nut paste
Add keto maple syrup to almond butter Add eggs, vanilla and maple extracts, and cold brew to almond butter mixture and mix until well combined, scraping the sides of bowl as needed.
Slowly mix dry ingredients into almond butter mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips and cocoa nibs
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before slicing.
Makes 24 brownies
Step 2
Batter can be divided and cooked in two 8x8 glass baking dishes; reduce cook time to 20-25 minutes.
