Step 1
Combine part 1 in medium saucepan. Cook on medium for about 8 mins, stirring occasionally until hot but not boiling

Beat part 2 in medium bowl. Slowly add part 1 mixture, stirring constantly. Return to saucepan. Cook on medium for about 10 mins, stirring constantly until boiling and thickened. Heat and stir for 2 mins. Transfer to large bowl
Step 3
Add part 3 to large bowl. Stir until combined. Let stand for 10 mins and then chill
Step 4
Beat whipping cream in small bowl until soft peaks form. Spoon into large punch bowl. Slowly whisk in milk mixture. Sprinkle in nutmeg.
