Instructions
Step 1
Lightly boil cauliflower until tender.
Step 2
Add butter and minced garlic to sauté pan. Cook on medium-low for 1 minute.
Step 3
In food processor add cauliflower, garlic butter and remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy consistency.
Step 4
Add in cheese and blend. Optional, use bacon, green onion for garnish.
