1 Tbspcooking oil

1.5 lbsground beef
3 Tbspchili powder
1 Tbspchipotle powder
2 tspground cumin
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 x 14 ozcan chopped tomatoes
1 x 14 ozcan kidney beans
1 cupbeef broth

Instructions
Chili
Step 1
In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until lightly browned about 5 minutes; then the garlic and jalapenos, and cook for 2 minutes, until they soften. Add the beef and brown for about 5 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients and boil. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook for about 40 minutes, until the chili has thickened and the flavors are melded. Remove from heat.
Hot Dogs
Step 2
Heat the water over medium-high heat in a large skillet until just boiling. Add the hot dogs, cover, and steam for 5 minutes, turning often to brown on all sides. Remove from heat and drain.
Step 3
Place one slice of cheese and one hot dog in each bun, and divide the bacon, onion, tomato, chili, and mustard evenly among them. Serve hot.
