Instructions

Step 1
Mix rice crispys and powdered sugar. Stir peanut butter and melted butter together in a separate bowl. Combine with dry mixture, easiest to use hands. Refrigerate until less sticky. Squeeze into balls roughly 1 inch, refrigerate up to an hour (or freeze for 30 minutes), until firm.

Step 2
Melt chocolate in a double boiler setup, stirring often. Dip balls in chocolate and let cool on parchment or wax paper. Best kept in a sealed container and refrigerator.
