450gpork tenderloin
½ cupBalsamic Vinaigrette
Epicure, or Greek Dressing, Epicure, prepared
1 TbspLemon Dip Mix
Epicure, or Souvlaki Seasoning

Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
Step 3
Place tenderloin and 1⁄4 cup dressing in a resealable freezer bag. Turn several times to coat evenly.
Step 4
Discard marinade, and place pork in an oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with dip mix. Roast until cooked through, approximately 20–30 minutes. Brush with remaining dressing during last 2 minutes of cooking.
Step 5
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
