Get a bowl and add in how much chocolate you want and some butter into the same bowl

Cover the bowl with something and put in the microwave for 1 mins

Preheat the oven to 50C and go to the next step after

When the bowl has been in the microwave for 1 minute, take the bowl out of the microwave, remove what you put on top of the bowl, and switch the microwave off after

Add as much sweetener as you want and then add the eggs, flour, hot chocolate powder, and coconut if wanted

Mix it all the ingredients with a wooden spoon until smooth. You can add more of the previous ingredients if needed

Add the mixture to a tray (you can line it with foil) or cupcake tray and add to the oven

Let it bake for 15 minutes

Let it cool for 5-10 minutes and switch off the oven while you wait

Take it out of the tray with a knife .Put on a plate.Then, get a spoon and get some double cream after putting it on top of your cupcake
