Step 1
First of all, separate egg yolks from whites and whip your egg whites for 3-4 mins or until… sexy!

Melt your Nutella in the microwave for 20 seconds and mix it with your egg yolks.

Incorporate your whipped egg whites and pour the mixture into a cake tin (20cm), previously buttered.

Bake for about 25 mins (180C/360F). I suggest not to cook your cake fully and let the centre a bit gooey.

I bake mine for about 22 mins but keep in mind that every oven is different. If you cook your cake too much, the taste of eggs will be too strong.
Step 6
Let your cake completely cool down before serving it (at least 2 hours). If you eat it right away it will taste too “eggy”.
Step 7
You can also add some extra Nutella on top to make it extra MAMMA MIA. Buon appetito!
