Instructions
Step 1
Put a cheese cloth or muslin cloth Uber a sieve and on a large bowl then pour in the milk kefir and fold the towel back over it to keep it covered while the whey drops out . This can take about 30 minutes . Keep the whey layer and use it for smoothies as it’s really healthy
Step 2
Add the creamy kefir cheese into a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste then add butter cream herbs cayenne red pepper flakes and use a whisk to whisk it until nice and fluffy
Step 3
Spoon into a dish with a lid then serve or keep stored in the fridge for up to 5 days
