Instructions

Step 1
Set up into 350 Fahrenheit, and lightly oil a 9-in pie plate.
Step 2
Chop onion, and saute with garlic.
Step 3
Blend eggs and cottage cheese on high until smooth. Add cayenne and nutmeg, and blend.
Step 4
Place ham, cheese, and sauteed onion and garlic in the pie dish. Then pour egg and cottage cheese mixture into the dish.
Step 5
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
