Instructions

1. Drain the peaches

2. Cut the peaches into small slices

3. In a bowl put the peach slices

4. Add 1 Tsp Cinnamon powder

5. Add 1 Tbsp Cornstarch

6. Mix well

7. Roll out pastry sheet. Cut it into 4 squares

To the middle of each square, add 3 slices of peaches

8. Fold each pastry over from one corner to another, forming a triangle shape. Use a fork to press and seal the edges

9. In a small dish, whisk together the egg and milk

10. Brush the tops of each pastry with the remaining egg wash

11. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C / 400°F for 20-25 minutes

13. In a small bowl, whisk together 60g icing sugar and one tablespoon of milk
