Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line 3 8-inch pans with baking spray and parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Step 4
Add egg mixture. Alternate adding in the flour mixture and the buttermilk until completely combined.
Step 5
Divide batter evenly into pans (about 2 cups per pan) and bake for 25-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Set aside to cool.
