Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into 2 oz. strips approximately 4 inches long each. Thread the strips onto bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water for 10 minutes prior to use.
Step 2
Make the marinade by combining marinade ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Brush the meat with the marinade and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Grill the skewers until done. approximately 2 minutes per side. Serve with peanut sauce if desired. Garnish with cilantro and lime.
