Instructions
Step 1
Sauté a bit of onion with butter on stovetop
Step 2
Whisk together 1 egg + 2 egg whites and pour mixture into pan
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and whatever other seasonings of choice you would like
Step 4
After the egg begins to cook, sprinkle cheese on top
Step 5
Place tortilla on top of egg and flip, leaving the tortilla to get crispy underneath
Step 6
Add avocado, turkey sausage, and salsa mixture to one side of the egg
Step 7
Fold in half and serve warm!
