Step 1
Cut the tomatoes in half and slice the avocado.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Add the seasoning and whisk until well combined.
Step 3
Now add the spinach, cherry tomatoes and cheese. Whisk again.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the egg mixture and make sure the bottom of the pan is completely covered. Fry the eggs for about 1,5min until the egg begins to set on the surface.
Step 5
Now place the wrap on the eggs and press down with your hand. Fry for another minute. Then turn the wrap with all the egg. You can use a plate to flip the wrap.
Step 6
Spread one quarter of the wrap with cream cheese. Place the avocado slices on the other quarter.
Step 7
Now fold the uncovered tortilla half onto the covered one. Then fold again so that a triangle is formed. Enjoy!
