For the Marshmallow Cold Foam

¼ cupheavy cream

1 Tbspmarshmallow topping

Mini marshmallows

for the top

Instructions

Step 1

Brew espresso over white chocolate chips, stir and set aside.

Step 2

In a glass with ice, combine half and half, white chocolate sauce and espresso mixture. Stir and set aside to make cold foam.

Step 3

Froth or whisk together heavy cream and marshmallow sauce until soft peaks form. Add cold foam to the top of your crème, add some mini marshmallows and enjoy!
