Instructions
Step 1
Brew espresso over white chocolate chips, stir until fully combined.
Step 2
In a glass with ice, combine half and half, white chocolate sauce and espresso mixture. Stir and set aside to make cold foam.
Step 3
For the cold foam, froth or whisk heavy cream and peppermint syrup until soft peaks form.
Step 4
Pour cold foam over breve, top with crushed peppermint candy, and enjoy!
