Instructions

Step 1
Chop the ends off the lemon, cut into quarters and put into the blender (I use a ninja 2-1) put on Max blend for 50 seconds Add the ice and water, and 50g of caster sugar put on max blend for 60 seconds Blend more if needed, taste and add more sugar if needed. Strain through a sieve or strainer into a jug.
