Instructions

Step 1
With the crock insert in place, preheat the slow cooker to high. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2
Put the butter, garlic, italian seasoning and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese in the slow cooker, and season with pink Himalayan salt and pepper. Allow the butter to melt and stir the ingredients until well mixed.
Step 3
Add the chicken wings and stir until coated with the butter mixture.
Step 4
Cover the slow cooker and cook for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat the broiler.
Step 6
Transfer the wings to the prepared baking sheet, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese over the wings and cook under the broiler until crisp, about 5 minutes.
