Instructions

Step 1
Peel potatoes then cook until fork tender . Mash then let them cook and firm up

Add salt pepper garlic powder cayenne cream cheese cheddar and diced jalapeños to the potatoes then mix to combine

Put seasoned flour on a bowl then beat two eggs in another bowl . Put cornflakes in a ziploc bag then beat them to crush slightly leaving some larger bits for texture

Dip the nuggets in the flour then in the egg then coat in the cornflakes . Spray with oil then fry at 180 c /360 f in the air-fryer for 12 minutes flipping halfway through . Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy
