500gpotatoes
1 Tbspsalt
to boil
Water
to boil the potatoes
1 cupplain flour
⅓ cupCorn flour
1 tspsalt
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 tspchilli powder
1 tsppaprika
1 tspcumin powder
1 Tbsporegano
⅓ cupSriracha sauce
1 cupWater
might need 2 or 3 tbsp extra to get the semi thick consistency as shown

to deep fry the battered wedges
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and cut the potatoes in wedges (decide if you want them big or small)
Step 2
Boil potatoes in water for 8 to 10 minutes with a sprinkle of salt
Step 3
Once done, drain, pat dry with a tissue & remove excess water
For the batter mix
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Step 5
Mix well & pour it on to the boiled potatoes wedges
Step 6
Gentle coat each piece & deep fry in medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes until golden & crispy
Step 7
Remove from oil & drain it on a wired rack
