Step 1
Peel then cook the potatoes until fork tender then mash them until smooth
Step 2
Add cornstarch salt black pepper garlic powder cayenne and red pepper flakes and mix until it forms a dough then roll it into 10 balls

cayenne pepper1 tsp
red pepper flakes1 tsp
Step 3
Cut 10 cubes of cheddar or mozzarella and put in the middle of each ball then fold the dough over it . Fry in hot oil on medium heat until golden and crispy on the outside or bake or air fry if you wish.drain on paper towels then if you like add equal parts Mayo and hot sauce as a dip or use any dip you prefer !
