small curd
6 ozorange gelatin powder

20 ozcan of crushed pineapple in juice
drained
15 ozMandarin oranges can
drained
8 oznon-dairy whipped topping
Instructions
Step 1
Drain fruit well; combine with cottage cheese and gelatin powder, mix well. Using a flat spatula, fold in cool whip and gently mix until no white streaks remain and fluff is a uniform shade of pale orange. Tightly cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Tip: combine drained fruit juices with a jigger of rum and ice. Enjoy while your fluff firms up.
