24gbreadcrumbs

1 teaspoonsalt

1 tablespoonpaprika

1 tablespoonred chilli flakes

1 tablespoonground cumin

1 tablespoonground black pepper
Sauce
Instructions
For the kebabs
Step 1
Mix the ingredients thoroughly, cover and leave to.chill for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Shape the kebabs round a chopstick handle and leave to rest until ready to cook.
Step 3
Fry the kebabs in a lightly oiled medium pan until cooked and golden in colour.
For the sauce
Step 4
In a pot, add some oil and then sear the vegetable for 5 minutes then add everything else bar vinegar and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Add ¼ vinegar and blend. Keep warm until ready to serve.
To serve
Step 6
Heat a sizzler or two. Dish the sauce in, arrange kebabs and rice using up turned mould. Salad and flatbreads.
