To a bowl add cumin garlic powder paprika oregano parsley onion powder and dried rosemary mix then sprinkle all over the chicken thighs. Put the thighs on a baking sheet and freeze for 3 hours a bowl add Mayo Greek yogurt salt garlic powder mint oregano dill onion powder and honey and mix

Slice lettuce tomatoes and cucumber thinly Then slice cabbage thinly and sprinkle with vinegar salt and sugar and crush with the hand . Then set aside then fry a thinly sliced onion and add it to the toppings

Put olive oil on a frying pan on high heat then add the chicken pieces and fry until golden on one side flip and fry one minute on the other side. Cut a large Turkish flatbread into four then add the sauces veggies and meat and enjoy
