Instructions
Step 1
On boneless skinless chicken breasts sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides then make the spice mix . To a bowl add cumin garlic powder paprika oregano parsley onion powder and dried rosemary mix then sprinkle all over the chicken thighs. Put the thighs on a baking sheet and freeze for 3 hours a bowl add Mayo Greek yogurt salt garlic powder mint oregano dill onion powder and honey and mix

In a bowl add Mayo yogurt salt mint oregano dill onion powder garlic powder and honey and mix







Step 3
For the spicy sauce in a bowl mix ketchup sambal oelek and harissa paste


Step 4
Slice lettuce tomatoes and cucumber thinly Then slice cabbage thinly and sprinkle with vinegar salt and sugar and crush with the hand . Then set aside then fry a thinly sliced onion and add it to the toppings





Step 5
Put olive oil on a frying pan on high heat then add the chicken pieces and fry until golden on one side flip and fry one minute on the other side. Cut a large Turkish flatbread into four then add the sauces veggies and meat and enjoy
