Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350F. and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Put oven rack in middle of the oven.
Step 2
Whisk together oil, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until combined. Then stir in oats and almonds until coated.
Step 3
Spread the oats out on the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to press granola down flat.
Step 4
Bake for 20 min. , stirring halfway through. The granola is done when it’s golden brown. It will still feel wet coming out but dries as it cools. If you want clumps of granola use a spatula to press the granola down before it cools. Store in a container (obviously😄).
