Instructions

Step 1
Cook potatoes, drain and mash
Step 2
Add 1/4 cup of butter, cream cheese, and sour cream.
Step 3
Add salt and pepper
Step 4
Place in oiled casserole dish.

Mix the melted butter and bread crumbs together and sprinkle on top.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°
Step 7
If you make ahead, remove the potatoes from the fridge at least 30 minutes prior to heating.
