Step 1
Melt Butter.
Step 2
Add oil, onion, and bay leaf. Sweat until soft not brown.
Step 3
Add rice.
Step 4
Cook until rice has a nutty smell. Do not burn.
Step 5
Add stock and move to oven at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes covered.
Step 6
Check at 8 minutes.
Step 7
Remove bay leaf when done.
Step 8
Fluff with fork when serving.
