Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cook potatoes until fork tender then mash them until smooth and add the melted butter add more salt and pepper if you wish


Step 2
Beat three yolks then add to the potatoes and mix until smooth . Put into a pastry bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe little rosettes on a lined baking tray .


Step 3
Beat the remaining egg and brush all over the tops then bake at 180 c 360 f for about 20 minutes or until golden on top
