Instructions

Step 1
Defrost butter until creamy
Step 2
Grate 6-7 pieces of garlic into the butter
Step 3
Add some oregano, coriander leaves, and chili flakes and mix
Step 4
Slice the loaf halfway
Step 5
Butter the bread (from inside and outside)
Step 6
Grate 50 g of mozzarella cheese
Step 7
Add cheese between the slices
Step 8
Wrap in aluminum foil
Step 9
Heat for 20 minutes at 170 C
Step 10
Take out of baking dish and serve
