Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F and grease an 8 inch square or round pan, then set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips, and granulated sugar.
Step 3
Stir very well. (If it’s not thin enough to stir, heat until it is.)
Step 4
In a new bowl, whisk peanut butter, yogurt, water and vanilla.
Step 5
Pour wet mixture into the dry one and stir until combined, but DON’T over-stir, then pour into greased pan.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes or until batter has risen and a toothpick in the center comes out mostly clean. You can take it out when it’s still a little undercooked.
Step 7
Then cool and set in the fridge overnight.
