Instructions
Step 1
First mix the egg whites for 3 minutes.

Step 2
After add the icing sugar, cocoa, salt and mix.
Step 3
Add the chopped chocolate. Chill the batter in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (350ºF).


Step 4
Bake at 180°C for 11 minutes
Step 5

Allow to cool on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes and enjoy!!
