6chicken breasts

8bacon rashers

1onion

1garlic clove
crushed

2 tablespoonstomato puree

1 x 400gtin chopped tomatoes

250mlwater

1stock cube

½ teaspoonmixed herbs

4Lasagne sheets

Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop onion.
Step 2
Cook the chicken, bacon and onion in a saucepan until the meat is browned
Step 3
Add the remaining filling ingredients and bring to the boil.
Step 4
Turn down the heat and leave to simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Make the sauce: put the margarine, flour and milk into a saucepan. Place on the heat and whisk until the sauce boils and thickens. Remove from the heat and add the grated cheese and stir.
Step 6
Put a layer of meat in a dish, then a layer of lasagne sheets.
Step 7
Repeat again finishing with a layer of cheese sauce.
Step 8
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Step 9
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
